A few classes taught by our outside instructors are still scheduled at specific times. Info on all skill offerings are listed below with detailed info.

Open Crafting - All day!
During all open business hours Tuesday thru Saturday! Bring your current project, or start a new one, and craft with us! No charge, just come and enjoy the company of others while we all relax with our favorite crafts!
Crochet-Along with Karen
Learn to crochet as a beginner, or get some help on a more advanced level. Learn Tunisan Crochet, how to read patterns, corners, color changes, etc. No appointment needed, and sessions are free! Sessions are Wednesday 10am - noon, and Thursday 10am - 2pm. Bring your project, yarn, hooks and stitch markers.
Beginning Crochet
For the person who has never picked up crochet hooks and wants to learn the basics. You will need a crochet hook, size 7 or 8, a skein of yarn of worsted weight 4 or 5, and stitch markers. Call for an appointment with Karen, or attend any of our "Crochet-Alongs" for group instruction. FREE!
Intermediate Knitting
If you can cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch and bind off, you're ready for the next steps! Let us know what else you would like to learn, or if there is something specific you would like to make, and we'll make it happen! Next class begins Tuesday, April 16 and meets April 23 and April 30, 6:00 - 7:30pm. Costs is $45. Please bring your knitting needles, yarn, stitch markers and pattern, if you have one. Supplies can be purchased in our store at 20% off retail, day of the class.
Beginning Knitting
This class is for those who have never knitted or need a refresher on the basic skills. This is a 3-session class meeting This class will be scheduled for May. Call if you are interested in a class in April. Cost is $45 for all three sessions. You will need to bring 2 size 3mm-4mm knitting needles, a skein of 100% cotton yarn, and stitch markers. These items may be purchased in our store for 20% off the retail price.
Make This Quilt!
Learn the basics of quilting while making this beautiful disappearing 9-patch quilt! Yes, you can do it! :) This four session class meets Tuesdays, April 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 4:00 - 6:00. Cost is $75 and includes fabric and thread. Please bring your working sewing machine, an empty bobbin, scissors and seam ripper. Any of these items can be purchased in our store for 20% off retail.
Beginning Macrame - Mug Rug
Learn to macrame while making these useful mug rugs! Be prepared for our next class which will include a wall hanging or plant hanger. This class meets Wednesday, April 10, 6:00-8:00pm. Cost is $25. You will need 3mm macrame cord in two or three colors, or this may be purchased in store at 20% off retail on class day.
Cross Stitching
Learn or re-learn this oldie but goodie craft! Call to schedule your appointment with Debbie. There is a small fee of $7 to cover the cost of the kit you will receive.
Stitch Angels Club
Anyone can be a member and it's free! This group meets each Wednesday morning, 10:00 - 12:00 (or later!) Bring your hand stitching project, cross stitching, embroidery, etc, and stitch along with new friends and great company. No reservations necessary; just come and join us!
Paper Crafting Basics
Learn how to use rubber stamps and inks, get hands on experience with die cutting tools, embossing, and learn various coloring techniques. Call for an appointment with Debbie. There is a small fee of $15 as you will be using our supplies.
Quilt Squares
Learn the most common quilt square designs and how to piece them together. Bring sewing machine, or use ours, fabric scraps and thread, or purchase Craft Boutique fabric, There is no class fee.
Mosaics
Create unique art pieces from flower pots and saucers. Bring your own pot or saucer, or purchase one from us. Grout and stones can be purchased in our store for 20% off retail the day of your class.
Wire Jewelry
Learn the basics of wire jewelry tools, findings and shaping. Will make earrings. Cost is minimal depending on choices of beads used. Call to schedule.
Resin Jewelry
Make a resin pendant or a pair of earrings using our materials. Once you learn the basics you can make anything with resin! Fee is $15 for shared materials.
Loom Beading
Learn to bead with looms to make custom bracelets. You can practice on our looms, but will need to bring or purchase your own 5-6mm beads. Receive a 20% discount on beads and wire if purchased in our store on class day. Call for appointment. There is no class fee.
Beaded Jewelry
Learn the basics of jewelry tools and findings. Will make several pair of earrings and a bracelet. Cost is minimal and depends on choices made. Call to schedule
Kids Creativity Time
Wooden shapes, bird houses or rocks can be painted and embellished, friendship bracelets can be made... all sorts of activities! Call us to schedule time for a kid's activity. A small fee of $10 - $15 per child will apply to cover the cost of shared materials.
Beginning Sewing
Bring your sewing machine if you need to re-learn how to thread and use it. Discuss with Karen what you want to learn when you schedule your appointment and a class will be customized for you. Fabric and supplies may be purchased at 20% off retail on class day.
Acrylic Painting
We have many designs of door hangers, porch leaners, bird houses, etc to paint, either by yourself or with a group of friends. Call to schedule!
Wreath Making
Several types for all seasons ready for you to learn. Call to schedule!.
